Oklahoma appraisers must complete the 15-hour National USPAP Course as part of qualifying education, the 7-hour USPAP CE course at the Trainee level (Oklahoma-specific requirement), and renew their USPAP knowledge with the 7-Hour USPAP Update Course every 2 years as part of continuing education. Non-compliance can result in license discipline by the REAB.
